    Brand Strategy: Full brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity — including brand guidelines and social media visual identity documentation delivered as client-facing assets.

    Shopify & CRO: Theme optimization, UX improvements, collection and PDP strategy, SEO structure, redirects, and conversion-focused product copy.

    Meta Ads: Campaign strategy and creative direction across awareness and conversion objectives. Peak ROAS of 7.96× on a single creative; hook variation testing to identify top performers.

    Email Marketing (Omnisend): Built flows and campaigns from scratch. Grew subscriber list from 268 to 750+ (nearly 3×). Average open rate 30–34% vs. 21% industry benchmark. Revenue-driving campaigns across Cotton Collection, Women's Day, and seasonal sends.

    SEO & Organic: Petite kaftan page optimization became the top organic entry point, converting at 3.21%. Shopify Messaging channel hit 28.57% CVR with a $147 AOV.

    Results: Grew monthly revenue to nearly €8K in March 2026 through combined channel strategy.
