I co-lead the Insurance business unit alongside the Managing Director, with responsibility for Product, UX, Agile Coaching, and Engineering across five cross-functional teams. My accountability spans digital product strategy, business cases, budget, and platform execution. I drive platform modernisation, replacing legacy architecture with a scalable, unified stack, while coaching my teams to stay aligned around customer outcomes and company objectives. Beyond my core product responsibilities, I have integrated AI-driven workflows into how I run discovery, shape strategy, and accelerate delivery. My team is actively exploring AI-driven customer use cases with a focus on generative AI and agentic approaches. I work hands-on with the tools I advocate: Claude, Claude Code, Figma Make, and Magic Patterns are part of how I think and build, alongside the standard PM stack.

As a Product Transformation Consultant I guided enterprise clients through digital transformation and the adoption of cloud-native architectures. I built lean product teams from the ground up and introduced KPI-focused prioritisation models, mentoring product managers and facilitating C-suite leadership workshops across global organisations including Audi, Daimler, BMW, VW, Abbott, German Federal Institutes and the European Union.

I owned the full product strategy for Zalando Lounge, the shopping club serving millions of members across web and native app. I led a team of 7 Product Owners through agile transformation and drove end-to-end retention and loyalty programmes from discovery through to delivery, with direct impact on top-line revenue.
