I'm a mixed-methods researcher, strategist, and builder who helps teams make better decisions and create meaningful behavior change.

Over the past four years, I've led research for a major AAA gaming franchise, designed learning experiences in partnership with Snapchat, and built AI-powered systems that turn insight into action.

My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, learning design, and automation. Whether I'm uncovering why users churn, designing a learning experience, or building an AI workflow, my goal is the same: help organizations move from assumptions to evidence and from ideas to implementation.

Recent work includes:
