After 15+ years leading design teams, developing frameworks, and building cultures of innovation, I now focus on building the Leadershift.club—which aims to maximize personal, interpersonal, and organizational impact for product leaders everywhere—and helping people and organizations move from survival mode to sustainable growth.

When I’m not facilitating growth or transformation, you’ll probably find me spending time with my daughter in the playground, practising Qigong, or gardening.
