- Support of the organizational reorganisation in preparation for the legal merger with Crayon, including structural, role-related, and workforce-related topics

- Preparation, coordination, and review of all works council–relevant documentation, including impact analyses, decision templates, and consultation materials in close cooperation with Legal and HR

- HR support for the merger and consolidation of office locations, with a particular focus on the Munich sites, covering organisational, contractual, and employee-related aspects

- Acting as an interface between HR, Legal, Finance, Works Council, and leadership to ensure a structured, compliant, and transparent transition

- Support of HR integration and change initiatives linked to the merger, including communication planning, timeline coordination, and stakeholder alignment

- Contribution to additional HR transformation projects in parallel to the merger to ensure business continuity and operational stability

- Lead and coordinate a global HR Controlling team of five specialists.

- Manage the personnel budget and forecasting process for all business units worldwide.

- Oversee monthly HR reporting and analytics in Workday, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance for executive decision-making.

- Provide strategic insights to the Board and senior leadership on workforce cost developments, efficiency measures, and budget adherence.

- Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and external regulations.

- Develop and refine global HR controlling processes, templates, and reporting structures.

- Collaborate closely with Finance, HR Business Partners, and Operations to align workforce planning with business strategy.

- Prepare a comprehensive handover and onboarding framework for the permanent successor.
