Entering the Saudi market requires more than a strong product. It demands precise alignment with local strategic goals and direct access to high-level decision-makers. To achieve this, I operate as an Associate in a dedicated 3 person alliance with a locally-based strategic counterpart who holds established access to key investors, institutions, and business leaders in the region.

Our operational structure is as follows :

My scope (Business Strategy & Qualification) : I analyze your technological value proposition, assess its viability against current Saudi market demands, and define the strategic and contractual framework of our collaboration.

Local scope (Network & Execution) : My counterpart leverages their established network on the ground to present your solution and execute highly qualified business introductions.

Engagement Model

Entering a market as complex as Saudi Arabia requires ongoing strategic alignment and dedicated local execution. Therefore, our collaboration is structured around two components :

1 A Monthly Retainer : A fixed monthly commitment covering our strategic qualification phase, ongoing market alignment, and my counterpart's dedicated time for high-level introductions.

2 A Success Fee : commission-based structure applied directly to the business and contracts successfully generated through our network.
