Involved in designing multiple SAAS products for mobile and web. Soteria, Infocare's electronic health record software, being the largest. Design system owner for the Soteria product. Lead designer for SoteriaMe, a clinical mobile application for patients. Worked as part of Infocare's multiple development teams, using Agile methodologies. I orchestrated user research for products, both in person and remotely. Ran internal workshops, design reviews, process reviews and training.

As a designer, I have had the opportunity to work independently with a variety of clients. My role involved conceptualising and developing branding and related content for each client, including creating unique and attention grabbing logos using Adobe software. I also specialised in producing detailed visuals and illustrations, all while ensuring that the designs met the specific requests and desires of each client.
