Adam Cayir

Hi, I’m Adam, a creative designer and filmmaker from Ireland, based in Berlin since 2021.

I’ve spent seven years working on projects for global brands including Vodafone, IKEA, Lamborghini, and the EU. That experience shaped how I think about clarity, impact, and results. Today, I’m most interested in working with people at the beginning, the brand that’s still just a name, the film that’s still a script, the idea that needs a visual form.

I work across branding and visual identity, creative strategy, illustration, motion and 3D design, AI-assisted creation, digital and web design, filmmaking, storytelling, and sound. This broad skill set allows me to approach each project holistically, choosing the right medium and execution for the problem, not forcing the problem to fit the medium.

Whether freelancing (through adamcayir.com) or working through my filmmaker-focused design studio (reelsick.com), I deliver sharp, bold, and purposeful work, independently, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Every project starts with one question:

“What do you want this design to achieve?”

From there, the solution takes shape.
