Hi, I am Veronika, an Innovation Consultant and Strategist helping companies develop customer-centric ventures, product and services with sustainability and circularity at their core. My current work focuses on three key areas:

• Early-Stage Venture / Product / Service Design - Market and trend research, insights and concept development through design thinking to bring innovative impact ideas to market.

• Sustainability & Circular Economy Implementation - Workshops and strategic guidance that help organisations integrate sustainable and circular principles into business models, design process and customer experience.

• Brand Strategy & Positioning - Developing clear value propositions, brand foundations (mission, vision, values, naming, tone of voice), and communication strategies that make complex solutions attractive to customers.

My 15-year career spans from global corporations like L'Oreal to innovation agencies and independent consulting. Having a design background and spending a decade leading retail interior design projects for major FMCG, fashion, and luxury beauty brands, I transitioned to strategic consulting in 2019, bringing with me deep understanding of consumer market, sustainability expertise, aesthetic sense and an ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects from concept to implementation.

Since 2022, following my 1,5 years research on sustainable business models across the European startup ecosystem (German Chancellor Fellowship), I have been working with early-stage ventures and mentoring impact entrepreneurs through accelerator programs like Social Impact Award and Blue Bio Value.

As a German Chancellor Fellow, I acquired fundings to develop a self-initiated project "New Business Models for a Sustainable Lifestyle". My work resulted in a series of workshops for startups and a guide on how businesses can promote a sustainable lifestyle, focusing on consumer behaviour, business models, design and marketing.

As a startup mentor I have supported acceleration programmes of the Social Impact Award, Blue Bio Value, Village Capital, providing support to early-stage startups in business development, value propositions, customer and market research. Among others, I worked with Ccrave, an online marketplace for circular economy brands from Portugal, and ClimateMind, a climate psychology and communication consultancy from Germany.
