I'm Valentin, a Principal Design Strategist working with hardware-driven companies in home appliances, smart devices, and robotics.

My work starts where a hardware company has to decide its next direction — a product generation that has to change, a new category that has to be opened — and ends in something concrete: industrial design that's relevant from brand logic to the finished object.

I've never separated the strategy from the design itself; I still work in CAD, and I still know my way around a CNC. Twelve years between European premium design traditions and the Chinese consumer hardware industry have taught me to recognize which form belongs to which brand, which market, and which moment.

That's the judgment I bring: shaped by design heritage, grounded in physical making. Relevance built on substance carries itself, and that's the ground I work from.
