Ich übernehme u. a. Produktvision & Strategy, Roadmaps/OKRs, Priorisierung, Discovery (Interviews, Hypothesen, Experimente), KPI- & Tracking-Setup sowie Go-to-Market- und Pricing-Fragestellungen. Auf Org-Seite baue ich klare Produktprozesse (SDLC, Entscheidungslogik, Backlog-Governance), stärke das Zusammenspiel mit Engineering und führe Produktteams hands-on (Hiring, Coaching, Rollen & Verantwortlichkeiten).
