I am an analyst with extensive best practice experience in marketing and CRM, both with hands-on programming experience and experience as internal consultant, team lead and mentor.

In the past years as Sr. Manager Global Customer Lifecycle Analytics & Data Science at PayPal I advised key executive stakeholders on shaping a data-based, customer-centric multi-channel marketing and CRM strategy.
My responsibilities included delivering general data-based insights for marketing and CRM as well as designing and implementing experimentation set ups to measure and compare actual incremental impacts of various marketing and CRM strategies.
In collaboration with marketing and engineering teams all these efforts converged in creating a framework that allows for an optimized data-driven, customer-centric marketing and CRM communication.

Using data to drive customer-centric, highly automated communication is my passion. I now want to apply my experience and knowledge to further projects.
