At RealCore Consulting, I shape strategic technology decisions, transforming complex challenges into modular, scalable platforms that give enterprises clarity, resilience and long-term advantage. I design and deliver cloud ecosystems on SAP BTP and modern cloud-native architectures, working with engineering teams, department leads and senior stakeholders to align vision and execution. Alongside delivering solutions, I mentor colleagues, share expertise and help teams sharpen their approach, solve challenges faster, improve outcomes and deliver lasting results.

Since joining RealCore, I have led and contributed to high-impact initiatives modernizing enterprise architectures and building resilient, scalable platforms for long-term agility and innovation. These include architecting and migrating mission-critical SAP systems to BTP Cloud Foundry to enhance resilience and performance, building event-driven frameworks integrating BTP, Jira and LeanIX for real-time portfolio transparency, and designing a modular toolkit providing governed, role-based access to feature-specific capabilities across enterprise-managed SAP BTP environments. Conceived with a clear product vision, the platform enables granular, context-aware provisioning across customers, environments and use cases, and is structured for reusability, scalability and long-term adaptability. In every engagement, I drive architectural clarity, raise execution standards and deliver solutions that are robust, sustainable and aligned with evolving business priorities.

Beyond delivery, I shape platform strategy, guide key architectural decisions and strengthen RealCore’s engineering culture. I partner with R&D to define reusable solution frameworks, advise leadership on key technology choices and enable teams through mentoring, reviews and knowledge-sharing. My focus is on building clarity and capability at every level, embedding practices that raise standards, accelerate value creation and sustain long-term impact.

I founded TechsCode in 2017 and grew it into a globally recognized software platform with 20,000+ paying customers across thousands of production servers. At its core is a modular Java platform powering ten integrated extensions, nine commercial. We decoupled infrastructure from feature logic and built shared abstractions for UI, APIs, data and orchestration, enabling consistent UX, fast delivery and long term maintainability. What began as a plugin suite evolved into its own product category, known for intuitive UX, strong architecture, a responsive support culture that built lasting trust, a distinct product identity that inspired heartfelt reviews and turned users into loyal advocates. Today TechsCode is a platform standard, chosen not just as vendor but as a trusted platform partner and foundation that thousands of teams build on, learn from and rely on.

What set TechsCode apart was the experience around the engineering. We pioneered graphical interfaces in a text-first ecosystem and defined clear UX principles with a unified identity so every interaction felt consistent and instantly recognizable. We built TechsCode with and for our users. Through Discord, events, feedback tools, 1:1s and shared roadmaps, we turned customer dialogue into product direction, shaping features, refining usability and earning long-term trust. We opened the platform with in-plugin add-on marketplaces, stable APIs and automation tooling so teams could extend, integrate and scale with confidence.

I owned product, brand, team growth and go to market. Defined monetization with one-time purchases, subscriptions and upsells, and built scalable support flows. I led a team of fifteen across engineering and business. By aligning tech, feedback and market needs, TechsCode became a bootstrapped, self sustaining ecosystem. Globally adopted, robust, and established as a long-term platform partner that raised the bar for architecture and UX in the Minecraft ecosystem from the very beginning.

I rebuilt TechsCode from isolated plugins into a governed runtime for composability, fault isolation and long-term evolution. A clean kernel enforces strict separation, deterministic lifecycles and dependency inversion. Modules are decoupled via contract-first APIs. The runtime offers scoped persistence, concurrency safety, cross-module discovery and tenant-aware contracts unifying ten extensions. Adapter layers abstract server families behind stable interfaces and absorb packet drift. Upgrades stay predictable via schema governance, semantic versioning and automated migrations. The result is a hardened foundation that absorbs ecosystem change, protects contracts, scales across thousands of servers and supports workloads at platform scale.

I made best practices the default so teams build on the platform, not around it. A shared contract governs lifecycle and dependency guarantees. Abstractions handle concurrency, pooled SQL with caching and transactions, schema-driven config with profiles, hot reload, UI composition, a built-in add-on marketplace, networking and typed public APIs. Each layer is observable and protected by contract tests and compatibility gates. Delivery runs via a custom Gradle plugin, a private registry and GitHub pipelines for versioned rollouts. Updates ship in-app via targeted delivery and signature checks, enabling a SaaS-grade experience without central hosting.

I scaled engineering with the same rigor. I led a distributed team of 15+, ran design reviews and captured decisions to keep tradeoffs explicit and traceable. We turned standards into tooling via CI pipelines, enforced conventions and a kit that spins up new plugins in minutes with lifecycle hooks, tests and telemetry. Contract models and migration guards enabled version-safe evolution. Through mentoring, pairing and playbooks we built an engineering system where modularity is intentional, maturity measurable in every commit and consistency visible across the entire plugin ecosystem

Ausbildung und Abschlüsse

  • Bachelor of Science - BS
    Hochschule Bremen
    2024
During my practice-oriented technical computer science degree, I deepened my systems thinking and sharpened my capabilities in scalable architecture, structured software design and algorithmic problem solving. The curriculum covered operating systems, engineering mathematics, electrical engineering, Java and C programming, computer architecture, project management, embedded systems, microcontroller programming and VHDL-based circuit design. My bachelor thesis presented a robust developer framework for modular Minecraft server extensions. It introduced a reusable command architecture, a flexible UI composition layer and a structured plugin lifecycle to streamline development and enable scalable feature ecosystems. Built in Java and Gradle, the system improved implementation speed, code clarity and long-term maintainability. It reflects my ability to create developer-enabling platforms that scale cleanly, unlock strategic leverage and turn technical architecture into business value.
  • Apprenticeship as an IT Specialist in Application Development, Computer Science
    Schulzentrum SII Utbremen Bremen
    2023
During my dual education as an IT specialist, I deepened my understanding of networks, databases and IT operations alongside my computer science degree. The program reinforced my self-taught foundation with applied insights into system architecture, infrastructure logic and organizational workflows. Key areas included network concepts based on the OSI model, database normalization, business IT processes, basic electrical engineering and the design of ergonomic and compliant workplaces. I also earned the CCNA certificate (Introduction to Networks). As my final IHK project, I built a full-stack application to manage the practical lifecycle of dual students at Airbus. The platform enabled centralized coordination between students, mentors and leads, enabling structured planning, clear documentation and effective collaboration. It replaced a fragmented, partly manual process with a focused digital system, showing how targeted software architecture can solve real problems at scale.
