I help product, engineering, design and cross-functional teams reduce delivery friction caused by unclear ownership, weak handovers, messy requirements, overloaded leads, or fragmented communication.

I work best with small- to mid-sized teams that need more structure but do not yet need or cannot justify a full-time hire for delivery, operations, or management.

A short diagnostic of where delivery friction is coming from. I interview key people, review current workflows/docs, identify the main blockers, and provide practical fixes.

2. Team Workflow Reiteration
A focused work to clarify ownership, improve handovers, define decision rules, clean up delivery rituals, and create a lightweight framework that the team can integrate into their workflow.

3. Fractional Delivery / Team Ops Support
Embedded support for teams that need temporary structure across planning, coordination, dependency tracking, documentation, stakeholder communication, and delivery follow-through.


My background combines frontend engineering, UX/UI, delivery coordination, team leadership, hiring, adult education, and coaching-informed management. I have worked across product, design, and engineering, structured team workflows, facilitated workshops, supported hiring processes, and built feedback and 1:1 routines.

    • People growth: conducted 1-1s for four people; assisted in defining personal and team development plans and acting on them; received and delivered feedback training.
    • Redesigned and drove hiring for the frontend team (natural growth from 2 to 5 people over three years), which provided exposure to a wider set of skills of the candidates, which helped us to find great matches for the team; whilst responsible for the selection and panel interviews for other roles in the product team.
    • Established the hiring process for the leading role in the IT department: defined the stages, coordinated a team of 6 people during the whole process, and fully owned the screening round. We successfully hired in a 2.5-month time frame.
    • Influenced team dynamics of 6 - 12 people by role-modelling open, direct and cross-cultural aware patterns of communication, led adaptation of agile and scrum frameworks. Co-workers appreciated it in the feedback I received for creating a feeling of safety at work and adaptability for change.
