Designing and shipping Struqo from 0 to 1: a web-based 2D planning tool for timber construction

End-to-end ownership: product vision, UX, high-density canvas interaction design, frontend implementation, architecture, deployment, GDPR compliance, and user research. Stack: TypeScript, React, Next.js 15, Tailwind CSS v4, Konva.js, Zustand, Supabase (Frankfurt), Vercel (EU). 260+ automated tests, GitLab CI, pre-commit quality gates. Established a structured AI-augmented workflow using Claude Code and Claude Design: brief to HTML template to implementation markdown to production code. Concurrently completed IU Akademie Digital Product Manager certification (Dec 2025 using Struqo as practical capstone with qualitative user research (n=4).
