I have 7 years of research experience. I started in Market Research and transitioned over to User and UX Research in 2018.
I consider myself a mixed-method researcher. Still, I am a true advocate for qualitative research.
Interviewing people brings me the most joy in my job. Putting the user in the centre of things and asking them a bunch of smart questions drives my research passion.
Over the last 4 years, I have worked with clients from various industries such as healthcare & pharma, finance & insurance, automobile, e-commerce, energy, electronics, media, and FMCG.
Long-term projects I choose intentionally. I want to care about the product to conduct user interviews and learn about the user’s intentions, struggles, and needs.
I am based in Berlin. In my private time, I prefer to switch off my laptop and work with my hands, either doing pottery, gardening work or building things.
I conduct research for all stages of the product development process by offering
- Workshop facilitation
- Qualitative User Research: usability testing / in-depth interviews / focus groups / user journey mapping / persona creation / Wizard of Oz method
- Quantitative User Research: user surveys / unmoderated UX studies / card sorting / data analysis in SPSS
- Defining the foundation and establishing user and UX research processes in your team
