I am an executive coach and organizational development consultant with 15 years of experience working with multinational organizations including Bel Group, Danone, Henkel, Nestlé, and Savola.

My work focuses on three areas: helping leaders grow through coaching and development, supporting organizations through transformation and culture change, and designing and facilitating programs that create lasting behavioral shift.

Some of what I have done: built a full leadership academy from scratch at Bel Group for 550 people, coached a CEO through enterprise transformation at Teram Group, designed and delivered assessment centers for 450+ participants across Nestlé and Savola, and ran a 6-month co-development program with 75 senior managers that measurably improved cross-functional collaboration between operations and commercial teams.

I work primarily in English, am based in Cologne, and operate across Europe and internationally. I bring a coaching lens to all my consulting work and a consulting lens to all my coaching.
