In my recent university project, I developed a DistilRoBERTa Cross-Encoder to predict similarity between job descriptions and candidate CVs. By implementing two optimization strategies (each with three methods), I increased similarity scores by 6.8%, showcasing my ability to refine algorithms and improve real-world performance.
Holding dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Business Finance, I bring an additional analytical and business perspective to AI problems, bridging the gap between data science and decision-making.
