As a former McKinsey consultant and project lead combined with my background as a PhD chemical Engineer and my extensive energy industry experience (Vice President for Technology at a Dutch green energy company), I serve my clients with comprehensive strategy consulting know-how paired with deep technical and industrial expertise. At McKinsey, I have consulted more than 15 multinational companies in the green chemicals and H2 sector (including many electrolyzer OEMs), and during my time in the energy industry I have led the technical development and technology strategy & selection for multiple 50-500 MW green Hydrogen and synthetic fuel projects. I have performed 6 Due Dilligences in the industrials, chemicals and green energy space and deep technical expertise in green H2 production, electrolyzers, synthetic fuels, and battery technologies

I have served more than 15 MNCs, mostly in the sustainability and green Hydrogen & energy space as a strategy consultant with a functional focus on corporate strategy and product development. In my role as junior project manager, I lead the project team, set up project timelines, and was the direct point of contact for the client and the McK partnership. Projects included amongst others:
• - Supporting 3 electrolyzer OEMs in their product development, both improving their technology and the market fit of their product, and developing their corporate strategy. I advised one of these companies to a comprehensive change in their product offering, which eventually increased their market share substantially and allowed for a successful Series B funding round after
• - Performing a market DD and assessing the competitiveness of the target's product portfolio for a potential acquisition in the specialty polymer space
• - Performing 3 technology DDs on targets in the battery, electrolyzer and chemicals space, including competitive & market analysis, evaluation of IP and product portfolio & technical capabilities
• - Evaluating & supporting the carve out & sale of a BU for one of the largest chemical companies
