At SAG Digital, I run research end-to-end (interviews, surveys, analytics) for Connect, a B2B automotive parts platform used across multiple international markets, and turn those findings into product decisions: catalogue improvements, comparison tools, cross-selling features, and more.

I believe good design starts with the right questions, not with Figma. Before I open a design tool, I want to understand what's actually breaking for users and why — then design something that solves it, not just something that looks good.
