About me:
Scrum Master and Agile Coach with over 10 years of experience in IT projects and agile transformation. During my projects I had the opportunity to drive agile transformation from the beginning across the entire organization while applying a wide range of agile practices.
My mission is to join teams on their agile journey to learn, grow and succeed together.

- Kicking off new teams and coaching existing agile teams to become self-managing, cross-functional DevOps teams
- Establishing and facilitating scaled agile organisations (SAFe, Spotify tribes)
- Intensive Product Owner coaching (story mapping, impact mapping, vision boards, backlog management, stakeholder management, etc.)
- Coaching agile mindset and stablishing practices across the organization (open spaces, team health checks, communities of practice, etc.)
