That's the gap I work in.

I'm a freelance AI Strategy and Marketing Transformation consultant with 15+ years of experience across B2B, MarTech, and digital marketing within german DAX-Companies like DHL and Deutsche Telekom. I work with marketing teams and in-house agencies that want to get real results from AI, not just adopt it on paper. That means clear workflows, the right tools properly governed, and teams that actually know how to use what they have.

My work typically covers three areas. First, AI strategy and implementation: assessing your current setup, defining where AI creates the most value, and building the adoption roadmap. Second, MarTech governance: tool selection, license management, vendor oversight, and connecting your data sources into one clean reporting view. Third, change management and training: making sure the shift sticks beyond the kickoff workshop.

I work in English and German, with conversational Dutch, which makes me a practical fit for international teams and NL-based projects.
