Decathlon’s Sustainability and Circularity teams focus on leveraging data to reduce environmental impact and promote circular business models across the company’s global operations.

As a Tableau Expert, I led the full migration of dashboards from Quicksight to Tableau, provided technical support, and trained team members to build autonomy on the tool. Acting as the Tableau reference, I designed and optimized dashboards for key strategic domains, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.

OPCO Atlas is the French skills operator for the financial services and consulting sectors, supporting companies in banking, insurance, and advisory through professional training and workforce development initiatives.

As a Tableau Tech Lead, I supervised a team of developers, ensuring alignment with best practices in dashboard design, performance optimization, and data governance. I managed the full lifecycle of Tableau projects — from data modeling and visualization strategy to deployment — while mentoring the team to build autonomy and expertise. Now that the team is fully upskilled, I step in occasionally to provide technical support and strategic advice.

I started freelancing in order to have the freedom of choosing my clients and to explore my own ideas. As I started I took on small projects with Damartex and Kermené but I am now working full time with the french subsidiary of a self-service swiss retailer as a dataviz expert. My role is to bring operational and financial data to life through storytelling, so users are free to focus on the understanding and exploration of what really matters. End users can be operating agents who need to monitor day to day business or top management who are more interested in monthly KPIs to see how the company is doing.
