My core focus lies in stabilizing and transforming complex IT landscapes, building secure and scalable infrastructures, and aligning technology with business strategy in growth, carve-out and crisis situations.

I have led large infrastructure, cloud, security and Industry 4.0 programs across Europe, Asia and the Americas, working closely with executive boards, private equity stakeholders and engineering organizations.
