- Geospatial: Expertise in high-performance 3D map rendering (CesiumJS, WebGL) and ArcGIS integration. I have successfully delivered end-to-end GIS solutions including KLV metadata pipelines and real-time full-motion video (FMV) streaming.
- AI: As the CTO of ProWave AI, I architected the Stylo Intel Ops platform. This technology uses multilingual NLP, vector search (pgvector), and RAG agents to process large-scale intelligence datasets. My work has been validated through field experimentation with the U.S. Navy (JIFX 25-4) and adoption by the Fairmont State OSIX Lab.
- CMMS/Facility Management: Lead engineer for True Data Ops (TDO), developing AI-driven asset analytics dashboard for large-scale facility portfolios.
