I provide freelance Salesforce consultation and support to non-profits and independent businesses. This can range from scoping and building a new Salesforce database to administration and troubleshooting on an existing one. I have worked in the charity section for 6 years so understand the priorities and challenges organisations face, and offer a friendly and jargon-free approach!

Working for St Mungos' in-house Salesforce consultancy, I design, build and maintain Salesforce solutions for our customers, who mostly operate within the homelessness sector. I'm passionate about delivering the best possible user experience for everyone using our systems. By doing this we enable organizations to get the data they need to better understand the scale and complexity of homelessness and the effectiveness of their services.

I was a Salesforce administrator working on the restructure of the database, providing support and training to users, and designing the functionality and look of a student community in Salesforce. I also provided support for SSE's network of schools which covered a broad range of tasks- from organising a three day International Away Day for staff from all SSE schools, to arranging physical and virtual training sessions for assessors, chasing and collating feedback on programmes via survey monkey, and providing statistics on SSE's national programmes for the Board of Trustees. I even provided the voiceover to a recent animation about School for Social Entrepreneurs' new method of grant giving, Match Trading!
