I'm a Berlin-based freelance communications professional and event producer with a background in journalism and a decade of experience helping organisations tell clearer stories, build stronger presences, and run events that actually land.

I work best with organisations that have something real to say: NGOs, cultural venues, research institutes, tech companies with a conscience, and need a strategic partner who can move between the big picture and the operational detail without losing either.

My work spans three areas:

I help clients clarify their positioning, develop messaging frameworks, and build media relationships. My journalism background (bylines in the Guardian, Irish Times, Irish Independent) means I know what editors want and how to frame stories that get picked up.

I build content strategies that treat platforms as intellectual workspaces rather than broadcast channels. Particular strength in LinkedIn: long-form thought leadership, audience development, and turning expertise into visibility for founders, organisations, and research-led brands.

I plan and manage events from concept through execution, including budget management, venue coordination, supplier relations, and post-event reporting. Currently Event Project Manager and Social Media Manager at Neue Mulackei e.V., a cultural venue in Berlin-Mitte.

I'm a native speaker of English and German, which means I can work across language contexts without needing an intermediary, whether that's drafting bilingual communications, navigating German-language stakeholder relationships, or producing content for both markets simultaneously.
