Conducted a feasibility study for Länsförsäkringar. The result was a document for technical advice and Change Management regarding automatic invoicing using ServiceNow ITSM. It included the necessary data from Active Directory that is extracted and stored in CMDB tables and can then be extracted to the business system Copernicus with ITIL. It began with requirements capture and review of existing processes cross-functionally with a subsequent requirements analysis that then resulted in a final report. Agile methodology and Jira were used for requirements and project follow-up.

IT Project Manager during the rollout of ServiceNow for the city of Stockholm and cloud migration from their existing Service Provider. This included requirements capture, requirements statement, quality assurance, prioritization backlog, Service Portal (CSM), SaaS, CMDB, Discovery and System Administrator. Implementation specialist and verification of ITSM with emphasis on Incident

Management, Event Management, Asset Management, Service Catalog Module, Configuration Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Change Management and Configuration Management, this to improve the ITIL process. I was involved and worked cross functionally with software development Catalog Items (UI/UX, HTML, bootstrap, Angular.js), workflow, process management, testing, method support, billing, reporting and communication with stakeholders. I also collaborated a lot with the Service Desk to optimize testing and development.

It also included following up on the agreements (SLA) could be realized during the rollout. The reporting was sent to the steering group and the project method was agile, iterative, sprints and Scrum-like. Jira was used for requirements and project follow-up.
