I'm a financial planning and analysis specialist with 10 years inside SaaS startups and scaleups. I've worked across budgeting, rolling forecasts, headcount planning, cost diagnostics, and P&L management — at companies where getting the numbers wrong had real consequences.

I build bespoke budgeting and forecasting models for businesses that don't yet have a finance hire. Built around your actual cost structure, your revenue model, your hiring plan. When I hand it over, I walk you through it so you can run it yourself from day one. No dependency, no black box.

A typical engagement covers: revenue modelling, headcount and cost planning, scenario planning, cash flow, and a dashboard with the numbers that actually drive decisions. The output is an Excel or Google Sheets model you own outright.
