→ People tech & data: HRIS setup, migration and data quality, reporting & analytics. I'm not the enterprise implementer you hire to build an over-complex, consultant-heavy tech monolith; I build systems your team actually understands and runs in-house.

Learning a lot every day and suddenly using strange terms like "Hypercare", "UAT" & "Elevated Access" in my daily vocabulary. On absence & attendance, primary link between globally distributed People Operations and external implementation partner.
