Lead the development of product strategy and vision for the Scoober Courier App.

Work with a cross-functional team including developers, designers, QAs, UXR and other stakeholders to deliver the most relevant features for couriers and the business. Collaborate with the team to understand the needs and wants of couriers. (ride a bike and make deliveries once a quarter was a great way to be on courier's shoes) Use data and courier feedback to influence the roadmap and backlog. Ensure the team is aligned and focusing on the most impactful themes.

As a Senior Scrum Master, I coached and led an international and multicultural team of over 20 developers in the implementation of Large Scaled Scrum methodologies to deliver a cutting-edge big-data management platform. Through facilitating workshops and fostering communication between customers and team members, we were able to clearly define and achieve the project's desired outcomes. Unfortunately, in November 2018, the company's investors decided to close the operations.
