I work with startups and agencies that need a senior engineer who can ship independently, make good architectural calls, and talk to non-technical stakeholders without translation. My background spans enterprise banking applications at one of Portugal's largest financial institutions, custom software for a Berlin-based industrial manufacturer, and founding my own consulting practice serving European SMEs and AI-first startups.
Current focus: Next.js / TypeScript applications, AI integrations, and technical leadership for teams shipping their first or second production system. I write clean, maintainable code and document what I build, so the team that inherits my work doesn't inherit a mystery.
