As a freelance User researcher, I help clients and their product teams to understand and address user needs and frustrations. I conduct usability tests, user interviews, focus groups, and surveys, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to inform product and marketing strategy. I have 10+ years of experience in insight mining through qualitative methods, most recently working with clients such as Askable and BP.

Over the years, I've also gotten a chance to be responsible for the full project lifecycle; defining the problem at hand from a research point of view, screening participants, data collection, analysis and synthesis, project management, client liaison, and insights presentation.
