- Genius by Jay (mental health, USA) - Conducted JTBD interviews, surveys, and A/B tests to guide feature prioritization and messaging; enhanced onboarding processes; built and led an in-house development and QA team; managed the launch of new features.

- MedKitDoc (HealthTech, Dx, Germany) - Took over and led a team of in-house and external developers just weeks before a contract-critical launch to deliver a sister product (B2B, MedKitDoc Care); shipped on time and secured the key deal. - Hyros Inc. (AI Ad Attribution, USA) – Led product discovery and competitive analysis to inform product direction.

- Amptify (HealthTech, USA) – Led UX strategy and design implementation of the teleclinic, booking system, and marketplace features, transforming the app from a patient-focused tool with basic monitoring into a comprehensive B2B platform for medical professionals.

- BodyBrand LLC (Wellness, USA) - Led the development of two products, from concept to launch, including features like automated grocery lists and one-tap meal swaps. Run competitor analysis and customer interviews to define the customer journey, personas, and feature priorities based on user data. Managed external development and design teams, overseeing the migration from WordPress to native apps, including data migration and transitioning to ChargeBee.
