Pokercode is an online poker study community. We support poker players from all over the world on their poker journey – hosted by several world-class players and renowned poker coaches in the world.

Offering a first-class educational video platform, growing an engaging discord community, and organizing various live poker tournaments, we aim to redefine how poker is perceived. We are a fully remote company, based in Austria with a team spread over 6 countries. My day-to-day responsibilities encompass guiding Pokercode's business operations (finance, accounting, reporting, and human resources). Beyond these, my role extends to the tactical implementation of the company's strategies and overseeing all data initiatives. In an interim capacity, I lead diverse marketing functions – incl. social media, paid, YouTube, and email marketing/CRM.

BEAT81 is a leading technology-driven group fitness classes provider, hosting workouts both indoors & and outdoors throughout Europe.

Joining with Series A, I launched the city operations function in Berlin and built up the local city teams in 5 European cities. I then transitioned into leading the central operations function, focusing on SCM, process optimization, and strategic initiatives. Core tasks revolved around team management (up to 7 reports), defining local SOPs, managing the end-to-end supply chain (China - EU - US), and ensuring scalable operations.

During the Corona pandemic, I was part of the task force to launch one of the most significant online fitness livestreams in the EU and adapted concepts to local COVID regulations.
