I am an AI-driven Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in data analytics, NLP, and CRM systems, currently pursuing a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at TU Darmstadt. After completing Salesforce training from May to August, I began working with Veigel gmbh , where I collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, write user stories, analyze processes, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.

My earlier experience at Wolfers Tech strengthened my skills in data visualization and dashboard creation using Power BI and Tableau. Along with this, my research in NLP and prompt engineering gives me a unique analytical perspective that supports my role as a Business Analyst. I am passionate about combining Salesforce expertise with AI-driven insights to enhance processes and support data-informed decision-making.

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, I support the successful design, enhancement, and optimization of Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business needs.
