Before that: 4+ years at ArcelorMittal Downstream Solution from functional consultant to leading the Digitalization of Logistics program (€1M+ budget, 80+ European plants, 5 applications). Built and managed the cross-functional team, ran the integrator relationship, and drove change management through to ground-level adoption.

Led end-to-end the SAP S/4HANA Brownfield migration project for AMDS (budget €2M+), transitioning from ECC 6.0 EhP5 to S/4HANA and impacting over 2,900 users across multiple European entities. Delivered a successful go-live within a highly complex SAP landscape, ensured data integrity, process continuity, and full stakeholder alignment throughout the project.

● Designed and implemented the full project management framework from scratch: (naming conventions, governance, SteerCos, quality gates, RAID, testing strategy and cycles, and delivery controls) — adopted across all workstreams from day one.
● Directed 20+ SAP SMEs across PP, MM, WM, LE, FI/CO, and Basis workstreams — coordinating simultaneously with the system integrator, technical conversion partner, SAP product advisory, and internal IT leadership.
● Oversawtechnical migration execution: SUM upgrade, SPDD/SPAU adjustments, and CVI/BP conversion —validating data integrity and functional consistency through full SIT and UAT cycles prior to go-live.
● Designed and executed the cutover strategy across 80 company codes — strategically scheduling the go-live window around bank holidays to secure a production-safe transition for the largest plants, completing the 92-hour planned downtime on schedule and leading hypercare through to full system stabilisation with zero critical incidents.
● Maintained a live RAID register throughout the project lifecycle, escalating critical path blockers to SteerCo and implementing mitigation strategies that protected both timeline and budget.
