I work with founding teams as a strategic layer to make a product story a market success: strategic positioning, tailored messaging, a cohesive brand strategy, a GTM plan that connects to how your buyer actually behaves.

I build that layer for tech companies. In 2-6 week sprints, typically in the run up to a launch or fundraise, or as a fractional CMO for teams that need that strategic capability closer to the founding team.

That specialism started at one of Europe's most valuable fintechs. I led the N26 UK market launch from a standing start, delivered in four weeks: brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and full launch activation. Record-low customer acquisition cost and the most successful market entry in the company's history. From there I moved into a global marketing lead role across N26's core markets.

That work became a specialism in high-stakes brand and launch strategy for tech companies. At Remagine, I joined in stealth and built the brand and GTM strategy from the ground up for a seed-stage B2B fintech. Still in beta, the company won a national Fintech Award and raised €20M.

Across 12+ years and 6+ major European markets, I've built and led marketing teams from scratch, with full P&L ownership across B2B and consumer. From finance and SaaS to AI and healthcare.
