Numerous projects with various international clients in management consultancy and real industry experience in the world-leading chemical company showed me that managing multiple priorities is the key to pushing organizational performance forward.

At apsolut, I am responsible for sales and business development for the segments Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Pharmaceuticals. In addition, we support customers in the digitalization and transformation of purchasing. Industry and process experience and a sensibility for the specific question/situation are how I support my clients. In addition, I am actively scouting innovations in the era of digital procurement.

Essential for me to in the collaboration are:

Another passion is research on strategic management and decisions mating. The motivation behind the research was to understand how small firms handle disruptive events in their strategic planning. I am trying to respond to the principal question: when large firms, despite their organizational resources, can be hit because of „black swans “ or sudden disruptive events, how do executives in small firms handle this challenge? A question that gained new momentum in times of Covid-19.
