I led design for Highsnobiety's mobile app since it's launch - with a focus on improving retention. In addition to research & design, I also facilitated workshops, contributed to overall app strategy & quarterly product planning, and drove stakeholder steering meetings.
I led design efforts for one of our B2B restaurant squads, owning cross platform design solutions from discovery through to delivery and iterations. My latest work there revolved around Team Management and Roles & Permissions for chefs and their businesses.
