From negotiation to execution, with a focus on weddings and high-profile events, ensuring seamless delivery and memorable experiences. Manage partners and suppliers involved in the events, creation of floorplans, logistic set up and dismantling supervision.

Led large-scale events and conferences at the 30,000 m² Palau de Congressos de Catalunya, including a 2,200-person auditorium and extensive garden areas, optimizing space usage to enhance event experiences. Focused on upselling to generate additional revenue through both hotel services and external vendors. Worked closely with International Event Agencies, coordinated the integration of external vendors and detailed floorplan elaboration for both conferences & catering events.
