Bei Siemens habe ich ein KI-basiertes Qualitätsinspektionssystem von Proof-of-Concept zu produktivem Einsatz in Fabriken weltweit skaliert. Bei Volkswagen leitete ich ein Team von Data Scientists, das ML-Lösungen für After-Sales-Analytics und Warehouse-Optimierung entwickelte. Als Berater bei Accenture stellte ich für eine deutsche Großbank sicher, dass mehrere Go-Live von Online Banking Releases reibungsfrei über die Bühne gingen.
