Hi, I’m Dennis — Creative Director at Alchemy Studio in Berlin.

We believe in brand transformation as modern alchemy. Through strategy, design, and storytelling, we transform vision into a tangible, powerful presence — intuitively connecting to a possible future.

In practice, I help companies turn positioning into a brand system with real impact — across strategy, design and digital presence.

Our work typically starts where things are still unclear:

positioning, direction, or how a company should show up.

We support organizations through moments of transformation — shaping decisions and actions through vivid, experienceable brand narratives.

We help articulate what is already emerging — shaping a clear vision and translating it into a presence that can grow, resonate and unfold over time.

From there, we translate this into a coherent system:

identity, website, communication and internal alignment.

I work directly with founders and teams, or bring in our studio setup depending on scope — combining strategy, creative direction and implementation.
