I am a Medical Affairs professional with 10 years of industry experience (8 years Medical Affairs, 2 years Market Access), built on 8 years in academic pre-clinical cancer research. My experience comes from national and global settings, and I have worked in the field and in headquarters. In my previous roles I established and supported the growth of a wide range of assets (cellular therapies, antibody-drug conjugates, antibodies, small molecules) in hematology and solid tumors: After aligning on key strategic imperatives within the company, I focus on the needs of key stakeholder groups (physicians, payers, patients) within healthcare systems. Next, I develop strategies and tactics to align those needs with the company strategy, refining the asset’s value narrative to shape evidence generation (IITs, RWE) and evidence dissemination (publications, medical education). I then proceed to tactical execution, optimizing communication and engagement planning in conjunction with internal key functions. Through periodic review of outcomes, I optimize the whole approach in an iterative fashion and enable internal sharing of success stories.
