Hotelfachmann und seit 2013 Quereinsteiger im Bereich Facility Management. Seit meinem Einstieg im FM habe ich insgesamt 102 Objekte europaweit, mit Teams bis zu 83 Mitarbeitern betreut. Seit 2015 habe ich ausschließlich Management Positionen mit Mitarbeiter und Budgetverantwortung bekleidet. Gerne stehe ich als Interim Manager und zur kurzfristigen Unterstützung von Projekten auch Ihrem Unternehmen zur Verfügung.

○ Responsible for the Facility Management Service delivery at 74 sites across EMEA ○ Lead, train, motivate and develop a team of 83 employees, including 13 direct
reports
○ Deliver FM Operation in line with financial targets as well as contractual SLA´s and
KPI´s
○ Support the Account Team in terms of driving EMEA wide initiatives across
Engineering Service Delivery, Strategic Objectives, Asset Management, Energy and
