What I specialize in:

- AI chatbots and support agents (GPT/Claude) for websites, in‑app widgets and support portals

- Lead capture and nurture flows: forms, chat, email and landing pages that automatically qualify and follow up

- Content pipelines: research → outline → draft → repurpose → schedule across channels, with human review where needed

- CRM‑centric automations: auto‑enrich leads, log conversations, update fields, trigger tasks and sequences

- Data pulling and dashboards: aggregate data from tools and APIs, feed it to AI agents and expose it in simple dashboards
