End-to-end UX audit and redesign across 6 pages, mobile and desktop : site inventory, generative research, personas, Information Architecture, FR/DE bi lingual navigation, and wireframes from low to high fidel ity, with brand repositioning through competitive analysis. AI tools (Claude x Figma MCP, FigJam AI) integrated across the ful l work flow, from research synthesis to prototyping.

- Primary contact across the full integration lifecycle, driving cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless user-facing experiences.

- Designed and maintained partner-facing technical documentation (onboarding guides, integration references, internal process docs in Tableau), structuring complex workflows clearly for technic al and non-technical readers.

- Identified usability friction points through partner feedback and behavioral data analysis, and used usage metrics and experimentation data to prioritize product iterations, contributing to measurable engagement and conversion improvements.
