Working with Caro in various projects at Nokia/HERE was always highly productive and enjoyable at the same time. Her great work ethic, commitment and passion, combined with very strong hands-on design skills and experience lead to great results in all projects I worked on with her. One of her especially impressive skills is to be able to adapt to changing constraints and situations, continuing to deliver to her very high standards, even when the situation is not as ideal at times. Definitely one of the best designers I ever worked with.

I've had the pleasure of working with Caro on multiple projects in the years she was at Nokia/HERE. Caro has a great passion, is extremely self driven and her deep experience combined with her exceptional strong design skills set make her an incredible strong team member. She easily motivates others and is always up to help and mentor her team mates. I especially respect her passion and drive for delivering world class design and her very high standards of quality. Having her on the team ensures a successful and on time delivery of projects, not to mention a lot of fun!
