My projects are live: Reiseassistent (multilingual AI travel companion for European operators in Brazil), CarnavalTrip (AI assistant for Rio Carnival travelers), and DRE Insight (real-time financial dashboard for tourism companies).

What makes me different: 25+ years running OPCO Tours & Events, a DMC in Brazil and South America. I understand the incoming tourism business from the inside — operations, distribution, market dynamics. And I speak your language — literally: Portuguese, English, German, and Spanish.

During the 09/11 attacks in the US I realized that the tourism industry would be deeply affected. My job,
my carreer, were at risk. I decided to run my own risk. OPCO came out of FGV Marketing MBA Program
"Garage". I decide to put into practice innovative technics I was not able to run at my - by then, current
job.
At OPCO we are always looking for innovative ways of doing business in the Incoing Tourism. Always
having in mind it is for client's benefit. We acted successfully in the most different niches of Incoming
Tourism: Leisure, Business, M.I.C.E., SHOREOPS for Cruise Companies. We have handled thousands
of tourists in Brazil and South America. We take part on some of the most important Travel Shows
around the globe. We created a multitask team, create marketing strategies in line with our clients.
