Acting as the Business Requirement (ITR's) Gatekeeper to ensure that processes are optimized and master data structures are fully prepped to serve the business. Managing Sprint planning, mid-sprint revisions, across ERP and Open Source streams. Implementation of AI-based agents (Gemini CLI, DiaBrain) for SNOW support tools.
Stakeholder Management & Roadmap Execution: Translating overarching business objectives into clear priorities, roadmaps, and delivery plans. Proactively managing risks and changing priorities while communicating project status directly to senior management, cross-functional teams, and global end-users. Audit & Knowledge Management: Owner of Docupedia, SharePoint, and LeanIX repositories. Spearheaded the cleanup and revision of global roles to ensure audit compliance and security best practices
